My name is Chelsi, I'm 24 and I started dieting on November 12th, 2012 and until a week ago, I had lost 23 lbs.
BUT! Last week, I had a relapse. I don't know why it became so hard after I had done so well? I ended up gaining 5 lbs back.
Anyways, yesterday I started back on my diet but I'm afraid that I'll go back and have a bad week again. I'm determined not to give up though. Is this common? It seems like every time I lose 20 lbs, my mind is consumed with wanted to pig out! lol.
Anyone have any advise on how to overcome the thoughts?
