B: IP Dark Chocolate pudding smoothie made with coffee and raw spinach
L: 1/4 packet each of Dill Zipppers, SW Cheese Curls, Salt/Vinegar Ridges, White Cheddar, all mixed together
1/2 c. cukes & a touch of onion in ACV, water, splenda dressing over romaine
Phase 1 reboot: day 8
Breakfast- cranberry bar
Lunch- Edo grilled veg. No rice, no sauce, no carrots.
Dinner- slow cooked cilantro salsa chicken in lettuce wraps with lime cilantro cauliflower rice (cauli rice, zest & juice of 1 lime, 1.5 t mct coconut oil, 1/2 bunch shredded cilantro- yum!!!)
Snack- vanilla pudding
Phase 1 day for me since I had a goof last night.
