Whatz ur Journal???

  • Hiya Gals:
    Just back from a week off - so the eating out went right to the scale. Same old story. I can usually do pretty well if I write things down - here's what I've tried:

    Writing in my daytime (gets too crowded)
    Writing the numbers along the side of the calendar (not portable)
    Little spiral notebook (won't use it)
    Printing a sheet on the computer to carry around (it works)

    Since I'm not going to WW I don't have their journals - just wondered what kinds of things ya'all are using to journal. Using my memory does not work for me.

    Here's my lunch for tomorrow. 1/2 bag broc slaw, diced gala apple, 1 lite vanilla yogurt, 2 T craisns, 2 T raw sunflower seeds. Whole thing is 5 points. It's like a mock waldorf salad.

    Gotta get going!!!!
