
I see so much support here and I am a little overrun with information and where to start. I want to share my story and be a part of the group but I am not sure where to start.
I have a lot going on most the time and I need a steady constant support in my life. I am embarrassed of my weight and I am upset with myself for letting it get out of control. Obviously I am over 300 is why I am posting here. I get stressed pretty easily. I know if I can just find that frame of mind again for weight loss under all of life's curves there may be hope. So can someone point me to where I should be? Or is there a place I should start? I posted in December challenge to try and start to be somewhere in here. I also wrote an intro... well it was a small intro because I am nervous.
