My goal is to be eating well, meaning within my caloric needs and not eating after 8pm. I've always planed to do this, and then i fall off the wagon somewhere. I want to succeed this time.
I would love to be in the 260s -- if I can get to 265 which I admit is a lofty goal (lol) I will be at my lowest weight since 2010 before conceiving my son! Regardless, I just want the scale to keep going down. I think at least 269 which would be doable if I stay focused!
I'm 165/166 right now, and I would LOVE to be in the 150s. A challenge goal I have is 150 by Valentines day, so the less I have to lose in the month of January, the better!
