  • My Goals:
    Stay POP on WW
    Say "No" to cravings.
  • Oh my gosh...another 10 days over...where does the time go????
    Stayed dry for the last 10 days.
    For this 10 days I will keep to my calorie count and write it all down daily.
    I will exercise 5 times a week even if it is just the short dog walk and I will only weigh myself on a Saturday!
  • I'm in the boat for this 10 days.

    My goals are:
    1875 calories max
    daily cardio
    at least one low-cal fruit or veggie daily
  • Damp yesterday, but I used some of my extra WW pts so I didn't have to swim.
  • I almost drown yesterday. I will do better today and I am starting my day off by cooking breakfast so hubby doesnt eat pie for breakfast again.
  • Got wet this afternoon just got a massive urge to eat. I had a really bad headache TOM on its way I think!
  • Wet today. Realized (after I logged it) that a meal I thought was around 700 calories was more like 1000. 1000 calories at one meal??? OMG.

    Give me a hand up, please, and I'll try to stay in the boat tomorrow.

  • staying dry.....doing OK but why is it that some days it feels like such an effort???

    It feels good.
