I don't know how organized you are, but I am not! I knew if I didn't have a system I would never remember the vitamins. I have 7 quart sized ziplock bags, and in each bag I have a days worth of IP and vitamins. I've labeled them off day and work day, having less work to do on the work days. This is the only way I can remember to take them all, plus, my daily bag is always with me in case I don't make it home in time to eat. I weigh in weekly, hence the 7 bags. I have 2 unrestricted and 1 restricted in each, or you could put 3 unrestricted packs if that's how you do it. By now, I know which vitamins I need to take at which meal, so this is very convenient for me. Hope this helps!
BTW, do not double up on vitamins! It's the same as with any medication. There's a reason for the "serving size".
