I am not sure where to post this so here goes.
Sunday I had a gallbladder attack after eating a Nacho Bell Grande and a Chalupa. Now I am kinda afraid to eat much. I am getting about 800 calories a day. Sunday when I weighed myself I was 306 and this morning the scale said 297.5. I am really not hungry, I feel full with what I have ate. My question is when I start eating the 1200-1400 calories again, is all the weight going to come back? I was thinking I should be able to lose weight with 1400 calories, a website recommended 1800 calories to lose weight.


However, it hardly ever stays like that for me...I'm usually quite the opposite.
