  • Well, the last 10 days were better so I'm going to try again to:
    stay POP on WW and drink my fluids.
  • Right I am back! Basically could have swum the atlantic to you guys in the US with the amount of time I have spent in the water lately.
    So here I am recommiting...aiming to end the year near 7 stone less than I started it........and exercising in EXACTLY the way that was working for me before I succombed to the dreaded lurgy!!
  • Rowed my a$$ off yesterday and met my goals.
  • I am seated and rowing also. Feels good to be in control finally. Rough waters are here( weekend) and I plan to keep rowing!!!
  • staying on plan with food but not able to exercise much yet......hoping for Monday!
  • Yesterday was excellent. Stopped rowing long enough to go out to dinner w/friends and still came up short on points for the day.
  • Getting back in the boat. Cardio daily and 1900 calories max.

  • On plan feeling good and getting out and exercising tomorrow.
    Keep rowing!!!
  • Little rough water rowing yesterday. Got splashed but not soaked.
  • Oh Lordy, I fell in Friday and stayed in yesterday too. (pms uggghh) Sat was marginally better. Friday I didn't do anything but eat all day. Yesterday I went shopping which at least had me walking around for a couple hours. And I didn't eat everything in sight. Today I got back to the Y and burned about 3650 calories. Haven't eaten badly today so that's good. So today I'm nice and dry.
  • Yay! Walked this morning ( it is a beautiful day here in South Wales) felt soooooooo good to be over the chest infections and out with the dogs.
    Stayed dry yesterday too......whoop!
  • dry day yesterday and plan for another one today!! Maybe get some exercise in also
