I like Carol's "Focus On Me". I need to try harder to remember why I need to lose. My health being #1. I know my focus has been blurry but I'm getting out the virtual Windex and will try to see and understand more clearly why I need to stay on track.
Had a
shocker at weigh in this morning. Last Thurs. I had lost 3.8 lbs. This morning I showed a 3.2 gain.

The worst thing is that I didn't think I had been that bad. I would have accepted a pound, maybe even two, but this is scary. Guess it's time to start measuring and weighing as eyeballing even healthy foods isn't working. I probably missed logging a few things as well so no more sloughing off there either.
Time to put on my smiley face and dig deep to find determination.
