I always aim to exercise 6 days a week for 50-60mins, one of those days being an "easy" day in between to let my body recoup a little. However, I usually end up only doing it 5 days a week and I always feel guilty for some reason. I know that 5 days a week is still very good but I tend to feel like I have somehow cheated. Its a little disheartening to look back at the week and feel that way, I think I need to rewire my brain.
I am trying to get some perspective, okay, okay, I am trying to make myself feel a little better
so would you please share how often a week do you work out?
