How many points in an 8-oz. container of ff cool whip? Is it 8 points? How about cool whip lite? Is there a big difference in points?

8 ounce Cool Whip is 707 cal/43 fat/0 fiber

8 ounce Cool Whip Lite is 568 cal/28.4 fat/0 fiber

I just looked at my cool whip. In Canada we have the ultra low fat cool whip. Not sure if it's the same as your fat free. Mine is 1/4 cup for 1 pt.
