I definately need something to be working towards in order to make progress. My goal is to lose 6 pounds. That doesn't seem like much but dangit just losing 3 pounds and keeping it off would be a total miracle for me these days!!!

When I add or change something in my routine it will cause a slight gain while my body adjusts to it.
) and......I took them off without unbuttoning or unzipping them!!!
I have to credit the gallon + of water a day I've been drinking, because my eating certainly hasn't been on track!
