I usually don't remember it until morning when I see the lone spoon in the sink....... It could definately be worse, there are cookies, chips, brownies etc in the same cupboard but for some reason I always take just one tablespoon of peanut butter. I had thought about just getting rid of the peanut butter but fear what I might take instead!!
Any tips, advice?For the record I haven't slipped out of ketosis (keto-styx) however I have cut off any and all restrictives until I get a handle on this.
