Hi guys. I'm new here. I'm about 305-310 pounds. I'm planning on losing weight by doing a lot of cardio and eating 5 times a day at the same time healthy things only. I want to stay away from fat and sugar.
Any advice?
again, TOM ~ your daily food intake looks good & tastey. Do you have any idea how much you are taking in (calories, I mean -- I'll guesstimate your menu at or below 1200); or are you just doing portions?
