Newbie here

  • Hi everyone, I started my weightloss journey about 2.5 months ago. My starting weight was 239 lbs and today I'm at 213 lbs. My weight goal is 135 lbs. I'm very proud of my achievement so far, but it's very hard to do this on my own, so I decided to join this community in hope that I can find some support and motivation. Thanks and I'll be seeing you all around!

  • Thank you! I will need help mostly with tips on how to get over a plateau. In the past I have failed and regained all the lbs (and then some) because I would get discouraged when I hit a plateau.

I found it to be the easiest diet because it pretty much told you what you could and couldn't eat and you didn't have to count points or anything like that. What I lost really isn't typical for the amount of time I did it but I know others who have done it and they got really good results from it as well.
