  • I'm so pleased with my results in sept. (I posted in the other thread but here it is again in case u didn't see it)
    7 lbs and over 14 inches lost
    Did 67 hours of cardio. (goal was 7)
    Did 191.5 miles. (goal was 100)
    Burned 52,009 calories (goal was 50,000)

    October goals:
    Lose 12 pounds
    Do 75 hours of cardio
    Do 200 miles
    Burn 60,000 calories

    My exercise goals

    1. 1 hour exercise per day (3 days weights plus cardio and 4 days cardio)
    2. Burn 350 per day through exercise ( 10,850 calories)
    3. Continue increasing weights
  • We'll be out of town for some of October, which always makes setting goals a little tricky. So, I'm going to bump up the minutes but allow maximum flexibility by not setting any other goals.

    October exercise goal: 1600 minutes
  • This is my first time joining on this thread so I'll give it a shot!

    October goals:
    Lose 10 lbs
    Exercise at least 30 minutes a day
    Get out of my 18s!
  • I am going to make my goals a little more complicated this month in hope of pushing myself harder and committing to stronger consistency.

    1. 8 running workouts
    2. 4 weight lifting workouts
    3. 80 mi
  • 10/1: 2 mi run, 4 mi stationary bike
    October Totals: 1/8 running workouts, 0/4 weight lifting workouts, 6/80 mi

    My goal for October is more consistency and intensity.

    24 Insanity Workouts
    12 Jogging Workouts
    14 Weight Training Workouts
  • I'm in. I've decided to start toning everyday. I might buy a pilates DVD. I love Pilates!

  • RoyalAthena, your goals are perfect and not the least bit puny. I think it is so much better and wiser to set goals you can meet than to deliberately raise the bar so high that it forces you to give up, injure yourself, or leave you frustrated. Trust me, been there...more than once.

  • I did 20 minutes of Zumba yesterday and 35 minutes with Cardio X today. I am feeling super pumped about making this happen!
