Hi all! It was recommended by her coach that my IP buddy (who isn't on 3fc) do a week of boot camp to get her losses going again. I offered to ask you great ladies and gentlemen some questions:
Have you ever done IP boot camp (where you eat 5 packets a day , 2c of veggies as usual, and no whole protein)? Any advice for getting through the week - should she expect more hunger, etc? Is the same amount of exercise I've been doing since 3 weeks in (she's at a little over 3 months now) ok? Has anyone had any issues/pitfalls with the protocol? How effective was the protocol for you in terms of weight/fat loss?
