  • Plan for the day:

    B: deviled eggs, V8
    S: veggies, 1/3 avocado
    L: salad with salsa, chicken, ff greek yogurt w/splenda
    S: pistachios, lf cheese stick
    D: steak on the grill, mushrooms, tomatoes

    b - fibre one with almond milk and half a banana
    s - a big bowl of soup - veggie
    s - smoothie made with almond milk, plums, spinach and a tbls of chia seeds
    s - stir fry chicken with broccoli, daikon and zuchinni
    s - artichoke tapenade with celery (no cheese allowed while on antibiotics)

  • Wednesday - too much of each:

    B: avocado, V8
    S: cashews
    L: green beans, mushrooms, broccoli, and onion saute, shrimp, shrimp, shrimp
    S: lf cheese stick, pistachios
    D: egg drop soup, beef with pea pods

    Not enough water and too much sodium!! And probably stuff in the sauce of the chinese food . . . oops.

  • Wow, have not been here in a while! Haha, thanks to the summer, I've been so busy but am back on track and eating healthy!

    B: Two eggs with mozarella cheese. Coffee with milk and stevia.
    S: Esmerald bag of roasted almonds
    L: No time for it today
    S: A few carrots and cherry tomatoes
    D: Chicken breast with steamed zucchini and cauliflower, and some cheese
    S: Small coffee with one square of dark chocolate

    S: hummus and red bell pepper, carrots and cucumber
    L: Chili with RF cheese and RF sour creme (trying the Wendy's recipe here)

  • Usually when I am not posting here it means that I wouldn't want to advertise what I am eating.... baaad. I have to commit to posting here more often! It does help. And I love the ideas from other people's menus!

    Phase 1

    B - coffee with us coconut milk. Mocha cheesecake smoothie with spinach.
    L - Broccoli soup (homemade), green salad with lemon/flaxseed oil vinaigrette
    Ss- roasted soy nuts, maybe celery with Laughing Cow light
    D - Tuna-stuffed bell peppers, tomato/cucumber salad, grilled zucchini
    dessert - ???

    Exercise - have to think about this... maybe just a walk
