I'm almost 21 years old, weighing in at my heaviest, and ready to start over AGAIN. I really want to lose weight, always have, but it seems like I never have the perseverance to overcome the obstacles.
I currently do not live in my own home, so I tend to buy food from outside. 95% of the time I eat fast food. That other 5%? Bad food at home (fried, starchy, etc.)
A tight budget + no access to the kitchen = a disaster!
I tried to start eating healthier today... I bought one of those *under 400 calories* sandwiches from 7-Eleven. I know I don't have the money to go on a diet, but I want to try. My birthday is coming soon, and I want to turn over a new leaf.
Please don't judge me. If anyone can relate to me, then high five!
Thanks for listening to my rant/introduction, and if you want to get to know me or offer me advice, please do so

) but, I also tended to eat out a lot, especially a few years ago when I was in college. But, I'm starting to learn what kinds of foods to eat if do have to eat fast food. I use myfitness pal to track my calories, may be that's something you can look into? It's an app and website for your phone.
Anyway, can I ask what do you eat when you eat fast food? I'll look into the app, hopefully it can help me lol
