    LUNCH: Dirty Rice!!! yum!!!! 1/2 packet IP Lemon Puffs!!
    SUPPER: Hamburger on a Bun!! Squash Chips
    SNACK: Rose Hibiscus Tea, Mock Wine!!
  • B= IP cappucino
    L= chicken noodle soup with 2 c cauliflower
    D= ground turkey with 2 cups of mixed veggies
    S= Choc swiss pudding
  • Phase 1:

    B - IP Chocolate Muffin; green tea
    L - IP Chicken soup; salad w/2 c. veggies
    S - 2 egg whites
    D - 7 oz chicken; salad w/2 c. veggies
    S - Raspberry Jelly
  • Phase 1

    Breakfast: IP wildberry pancakes with WF syrup
    Lunch: Chicken Shawarma salad
    Dinner: IP chicken soup with cauliflower puree
    Snack: IP vanilla pudding shake
  • Phase 1, week 8, day 1
    Breakfast: Proti-Diet apple cinnamon oatmeal, coffee with Pure Protein vanilla creme

    Lunch: IP Veggie chili with 1 cup chopped zucchini

    Snack: 1 cup diced jicama with cinnamon & splenda

    DInner: not sure yet, something involving chicken and a turnip, that's what I need to use in the crisper!

    Snack: FINALLY going to make the Cocomint Creme cookies!!
  • Phase 2, Week 2
    Breakfast -- coffee, 1 oz skim milk, caramel nut bar
    Lunch -- 5 oz chicken breast, lettuce, 1 cup cucumbers, 1 cup shredded cabbage, olive oil
    Dinner -- Don't know yet. We eat out on Thursday nights, and the kids get to pick the restaurant.
    Snack-- cappuccino drink mix w/ decaf espresso
  • Phase 1

    Breakfast: IP RM Vanilla drink
    Lunch: Carmel nut bar, pickles
    Dinner: Ground beef with chili powder, lettuce, onion, green and red pepper, WF Ranch
    Snack: Most likely IP Chocolate drink, heated
  • Phase 2
    Breakfast: 4 eggs, 1 cup spinach
    Snack: Wildberry Shake
    Lunch: 6 ounces chicken sausage (very low fat- can only find at Hannafords)
    Dinner: 2 ounces chicken broth cooked up with 2 cups spinach and 1 cup mixed bell pepper and celery. Add fresh rosemary and garlic. At the very end crack an egg in and mix really fast to make an egg drop soup.

  • B - IP chocolate drink

    L - Lettuce w/1 c. mixed peppers, WF Thousand Island Dressing, 1c. cooked rhubarb w/WF blueberry syrup, WF strawberry syrup, cinnamon & an IP chocolate drink.

    S - Caramel Crunch Bar

    D - Big Mac in a bowl w/salted Kale chips on top

  • Phase 1: 52 days, 7 weeks and 3 days

    Breakfast: chocolate shake with coffee...

    Snack: vanilla shake

    Lunch: 1 egg 2 egg white omelet with 2 c. spinach

    Dinner: big mac salad

    Snack: vanilla shake, added 2T walden farms strawberry syrup...
  • Breakfast--RTD strawberry EAS drink
    Lunch--Big salad and chocolate soy puffs
    Dinner--Seriously craving another salad and may add ground beef to it
    Snack--chocolate drink cookies drizzled with WF caramel syrup.
