Yep-both VERY important. If you skip the fat, you're weight loss will stall and your brain really needs that fat. I do a dressing with (2 tsp) olive oil/ (6 tsp) apple cider vinegar, sea salt, pepper and dill. If I'm having 2 salads, I just split it because I too HATE the WF dressings. You should always have your fat fresh as cooking it destroys what you actually need from it. As for the salt, it took me a while to add this because I don't have a big taste for salt but when I started getting dizzy, having problems with my eyes, and cramps, well - I found a way
