It works! It really works!

  • I must confess, I had my doubts. How could I possibly eat whatever I want, all day, every day and still lose weight?

    I read the booklets and it all sounded great, but anything sounds great when it makes you think you'll lose weight.

    5 weeks later, I've lost weight for the first time in 5 years. It's only 8 pounds, but it's 8 pounds I wouldn't have lost otherwise!

    At this point, I don't care if it takes me a year to reach my goal. I just know that eventually, I *will* reach it. Wow. That's quite a feeling.
  • Isn't is strange how you can eat just about anything you want and still lose!!!
    I couldn't believe it myself but I have lost 17 lbs. since Thanksgiving. I have just added A LOT more fruits and veggies and water. I still have my Happy Meals once and a while and also bake Ore-Ida french fries at home on my Pampered Chef stone, so I still feed my French Fry cravings. (15 fries, baked for 2 pts.)
    I am so happy with the program and it will not be hard to maintain when you learn portion control of the foods you still love.

  • cONGRADULATIONS TO YOU BOTH
    I haven't really gotten into the WW yet. I've added fruit and veggies to my eating...plus yuckie water. Up to a full 16 + oz. hahaha....YES I know that's not nearly enough but for me ...that's good. I only took water when swallowing a pill IF there was no other liquid around.
    So you can eat what you want as long as it doesn't go over your daily points right? WOW...How do you feel about the "white food"? (Rice, flour, potatoes. pasta)? Also I was wondering if pasta n' potatoes are so bad WHY does WW add them in their frozen dinners?
