for years I've tried and failed to lose weight and keep it off! I end up gaining it back, usually through emotional eating. Right now I'm around 142/143 pounds and looking to get back down to about 120 pounds, which I think is reasonable for someone with a height of 5'6. I am so so so bad at cooking so definitely need help in that department, as well as with recipes! Exercise I'm fine with
