I'm a healthy, active, vegetarian girl in her early thirties. I recently stopped eating meat and feel better than I ever have. BUT a new relationship and marriage has caused me to gain 13lbs that are bringing me down. I'm trying to not get too upset with myself but I need a little support and accountability to lose it.
My depression and negative self image is affecting me and my new husband, though he swears he hasn't noticed ANY weight gain.
Starting Mon the 10th of Oct. (ALWAYS a Mon. Starter for diets ha ha) I'm going to start running again and banning potato chips. Gonna need some support on this.

Good thing you're nipping it at 13 and not like, 50 pounds. Chips are definitely not good for having just a few. I can't be in the same room as Munchos or Tostitos Hint of Lime!
