  • BREKKiE: Mocha Frappuccino
    LUNCH: Crunchy Chicken Salad with 3 oz chicken and 2 cups cabbage, 1/4 serving IP Raspberry Grape Jelly, Rose Hibiscus Tea
    SUPPER: 5 oz Hamburger, 1 TBSP 1 carb ketchup, 1 tbsp mustard, cheesy cauliflower, chai tea
    SNACK: "mock" wine
  • Breakfast: Health Wise Bacon & cheese omelet, coffee w/2oz Pure protein vanilla RTD

    Lunch: IP Veggie chili with 1C baby spinach added

    Snack: 1C diced jicama with cinnamon & splenda

    Dinner: Romaine salad with green peppers, red peppers, cukes and celery, Tuna and WF ranch dressing

    Snack: IP cappuccino in 1 C coffee, with 1 capful DaVinci hazelnut syrup

    L: white cheddar ridges, steamed broccoli, 1 piece of left over steak
    D: probably salad with grilled salmon
    S: vanilla pudding w/cinnamon
  • B= Proti Diet Oatmeal with cinnamon and 1 cup rhubarb
    L= (R) Weightloss systems zesty chili 1 cup of green pepper
    D= Big Mac in a bowl with 2 cups of veggies
    S= IP Choc Pudding

    Breakfast: IP Chocolate Muffin; green tea
    Lunch: IP Mushroom Soup; Lettuce with 2 c. veggies
    Snack: 2 egg whites
    Dinner: 7 oz BBQ chicken; Lettuce with 2 c. veggies
    Snack: IP Vanilla Pudding
  • Phase 1, Week 15, Day 1:

    Breakfast: Smoothie w/ 1/2 c spinach

    Lunch: IP Broccoli/Cheese soup w/pureed veggies, leftover Asian Crunchy salad ~ 1/2 c

    Supper: Broccoli & Red Peppers, 8 oz Turkey

    Snack: Drink

    I did!!! Won't have time to make it tonight (must throw stuff together between jobs to have IP friendly food for work tonight) but I will definitely be giving it a go!!!
  • Phase 1: 46 Days, 6 weeks and 4 days

    Breakfast: vanilla coffee shake

    Lunch: salad with 1 boiled egg

    Snack: shake, vanilla with coffee

    Dinner: Carl's Jr. Low carb burger

    Snack: Chocolate muffin (restricted) weigh in day.. 1/2 serving
    1/2 a strawberry wafer bar...I had to have it because I was out and about... Oh well. it was delicious though!!
  • Phase 4: doing a few P3-ish days over the weekend on travel

    Breakfast@8am: Peach Bread Pudding
    1 fruit: Peach
    1 grain: 2 slices Whole Grain Bread
    1 protein: 2 Eggs + 4oz Egg Whites
    1 dairy: 4oz NF Evaporated Milk

    Lunch@1pm: Leftover Stirfry
    Beef & Pork Fajitas
    Green Onions & Jalapeņos
    Miracle Noodles Fettuccine
    WF Sesame Ginger, Soy, Red Curry Paste, PB2, Apple Cider Vinegar

    Driving to San Antonio!

    Snack@5pm:
    Pure Protein Chocolate Bar
    Zuke & Kale Chips

    Dinner@8pm:
    Beef Brisket & Pickles, Cherries
    Wine
  • B: IP Crispy Cereal
    L: Leftover eggplant & peppers from dinner last night. IP Caramel nut bar.
