I am just starting my weight loss journey! I am starting my lifestyle change with my good friend. I just hope we can stay motivated throughout our journey. I am frequenting this corium for advice and support. I am looking forward to sharing my goals, challenges, and successes. I hope I can get loads of input and support. Thank you for all the encouraging words! I made it through the first day! Protein shake, turkey brat zucchini, same for dinner with 8Oz of milk, protein shake for evening snack. I went shopping and got cauliflower to mash! I'm going to try very hard to make progress.
