The last couple days=fail

  • Ive been on my period and sick so the last couple days have been calorie high, over my cals by a few hundred a day, All i wanted was fried chicken and gave in 2 days in a row. Almost 3 but I stopped myself. Still on my period but not having horrible cravings anymore. I was up almost 2 lbs on the scale but i know its water weight from the extra salt because theres no way I even went over 3500 to gain 1 pound. Im going to try and get a good cardio workout in today

    a bad day or two won't reverse all of your progress! but getting down about it, having a pity party and then eating a pint of ice cream will!! (from experience lol).

    drink some water, remember that you are beautiful, and worth it, and keep on keeping on!
