Muffins with IP Pudding packets?

    I thought I read somewhere that you can do muffins from the pudding packets?? Was I dreaming, I can't find it anywhere.

    I've made muffins with oatmeal packets also that are good. My Healthsmart oatmeal is unrestricted.
