  • BREAKFAST: DRY NO MILK Proti-Diet Honey Nut Cereal and IP Apple Cinnamon Puffs Mixed (1/2 amount) OMG DELISH!!! Coffee
    LUNCH: Chicken Broth with Summer squash, radish, green onions and 1 oz leftover pork loin roast, yellow squash chips, 1/2 serving snackergy bbq potato zippers!!! oh my!!! so good!!
    SUPPER: hamburger, cauliflower fritters, IP rasp jello
    SNACK: "mock: wine!!
  • Breakfast--scrambled egg whites with 1/2 mushrooms,
    snack--vanilla pudding smoothie while running errands
    Lunch--steamed zucchini and caramel nut bar
    Snack--vanilla pudding
    Dinner--Big mac in a bowl and celery

    B: Coffee w/ IP RTD Vanilla
    L: IP Potato Puree pancake w/ 1c zucchini & some garlic
    S: Had IP orange drink planned. Changed it to SW cheese puffs. Boy! are they good. I was hungry and they helped!
    D: Hubby is smoking pork loin. He'll want to grill some peppers & zucc. I have roasted cauli in the fridge to make some cauli mash. Its all good!

    Breakfast@7:30am: 1 grain + 1 protein + 1 dairy + 1 fruit
    Strawberry Bread Pudding
    2 slices Whole Grain Bread
    2 Eggs + 4 oz Egg Whites
    4 oz Nonfat Evaporated Milk
    1 cup Strawberries
    4 tbsp Sweetener + 1 tsp Vanilla
    1 cup Coffee + 1 cup Almond Milk + Sweetleaf Stevia

    Bodypump@8:30-9:30am

    Lunch@12pm: 8oz protein + 2 cups veggie
    Meatballs: ground turkey, miracle noodles rice, basil&parsley&spices
    Cucumber-Lemon Sherbert

    Snack@4pm:

    Dinner@8pm:
    Chicken Soup w/Veggies
  • Breakkie: waffle

    Noon: garden cucs and BAR

    Snack: vanilla pudding smoothie (made with coffee, 0/0/0 vanilla Torani syrup, morning milk allowance, vanilla pudding packet. Shaken martini style)

    Dinner: Greek chicken and sautéed veggies

    Snack: rhubarb crisp

    I had 4 packets today as it was a biking day (exercise).

    Lunch: dark chocolate pudding shake
    1 egg boiled

    snack: salad w/ 1000 dressing, wf Caramel bar

    Dinner: Carl's Jr. low carb burger
  • Phase 1, Week 12, Day 2:

    Breakfast: Veggie Omelet w/1 c veggies

    Lunch: chicken noodle soup, 2/3 c mustard slaw, 1/2 c sliced cucumbers

    Snack: Bar

    Supper: leftover IP friendly meatloaf, asparagas, and zucchini chips!
  • Phase 1: Week 3, Day 6

    Breakfast: IP Dark Chocolate Pudding, green tea
    Lunch: Romaine lettuce w/2 c. veggies; IP Chili
    Snack: 2 egg whites
    Supper: Romaine Lettuce w/2 c. veggies; 7 oz grilled chicken
    Snack: IP Vanilla Pudding
  • Breakfast: IP Fine Herbs Omelette with peppers, green onions, mushrooms and leeks.
    Lunch:IP White Chocolate Bar and a BIG salad with mixed veggies and WF Hoey Dijon Mustard dressing (which I didn't like)
    Snack:IP Chocolate shake blended with ice and a little shake of Splenda.
    Dinner: Fish 'Tacos' and bakes Parsnip fries
    Snack: IP Vanilla Pudding (having trouble getting them down now )
  • Breakfast: herb and cheese omelette with mushrooms, roasted eggplant, spinach, and ground turkey. Lunch: cauliflower rice, pickle zippers. Dinner: butter lettuce wraps with ground paprika turkey, sauteed mushrooms, roasted garlic, roasted eggplant and Dijon mustard. Snack: dark chocolate pudding frappe with coconut extract

    I believe Parsnips are not IP friendly...now Rutabaga fries on the other hand...VERY friendly!
