My coach gave me a set of instructions for all the foods, but this one wasn't on it. I don't buy by the box, so I can't look it up?

Help please!

As written off the box:
Pour 2fl oz of cold water into a small bowl. Add contents of one packet, mix and allow mixture to sit for 5 minutes. Pour mixture into a lightly greased nonstick skillet, forming two patties. Cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.

On mine, the instructions are printed on the back of the package towards the bottom. Yours don't have them printed there?

Thanks everyone for the responses everyone!...galpal, mine are in a silver foil pouch, no instructions, just the name on the front.

I just tried these myself today and thought they were pretty good. I ate them in a salad. What did you think?

Here is a the directions for all of the products. Also, I sometimes cut up small pieces of mushrooms and red bell peppers, with garlic salt and black pepper and add to the chicken patty mix. (hmm, I think I'll add a few pieces of finely cut green onions as wells)

Mine are in the foil pouches too but they have the instructions printed on the back of the pouch at the very bottom...in very tiny print (I can't see them without my reading glasses for sure!)
