Looking for some advice please, I'm on Phase 1, Week 1, Day 3:
1) What happens if I don't like a certain IP food and can't finish it (seriously?). I'm trying the Blueberry, Cranberry, Pomegranate drink and I can't choke it down (even added extra water.). It's WAY too sweet and sickly and making me gag! I'm not hungry (ate my 2 cups of veggies) so do I just toss it and move on?
2) I had a coffee earlier and had 2ozs of milk instad of just 1oz, is that a big deal? I find 1 oz doesn't do anything in my coffee and it was suggested I not eliminate it all together yet (too much withdrawal of other things in the first week.)
3) Can I use Montreal Steak Spice on my food? Or Cajun spice? 1/4 tsp is O cal. O fat and 1 g of carbs.
4) Can I use Lime Juice?
5) Is there any restrictions to what veggies you can eat (from the allowable list) at once? I mean, can I have 2 cups of any and all veggies roasted or bbq'd or however else I choose to eat them? Are there certain veggies you shouldn't combine?
