So I can't weigh the raw lobster meat because that sucker would still be moving. I've read a 1 lb lobster has 4oz cooked meat in it....I imagine ours will be about 1.25......so about 6 oz cooked. Think that's close? They are low cal abd carb but I am trying to be mindfull

If you have to occasionally estimate the cooked meat, that's ok- they're usually not off by anything that's too drastic. Livestrong's usually helpful:
