I have PCOS with insulin resistance so I feel like I'm really doing a good thing for my body. Since January, I've lost almost 30lbs by doing 1300 calories/day plus cardio and weights and it's just going too slow. I was frustrated by the slow and aggravating loss, especially when I felt already deprived and like I was working so hard with no payoff. I also got lazy about veggies and it was easy to get my calories in with dairy and carbs so I had really slowed down the weight loss. I'm excited to get jump started doing this, so I can get back to living the healthier lifestyle I need to fight PCOS.
There is so much information here for which I am so grateful! You are all so inspiring!

I also find my skin improved and facial hair not coming in as thick, if that is also something to look forward to.
My only problem is getting use to the food, I'm still finding out which ones I like and the ones I dont like. What WF salad dressing do yall prefer? Also, what do yall think about the WF chocolate and caramel syrup?
