What type of potassium are we supposed to take. There are many types. I buy all alternative products.

I have yet to find an alternative product that is comparable to the "official" IP Potassium-calcium. Their supplement is a Potassium bicarb/calcium carbonate blend and most of the alternative stuff is the wrong form (potassium gluconate or potassium aspertate).

You might want to just buy the supplements from IP. I havent found an alternative to the potassium either. You can buy the supplements online.
