I just wanted to ask a question about body fat percentage. I am actually more concerned with this than the actual pounds lost because I just feel like I need to get more lean if that makes sense. What have you all had as typical weekly losses for BF? I have had 2 weigh ins and the results varied a good bit:
Week 1 - Lost 5 lbs and Lost 1% body fat
Week 2 - Lost 2 lbs and Lost 4.1% body fat
Of course I was super pumped about my week 2 numbers but just wanted to see what to expect over the next few weeks.
