    1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Apple Pie Spice

    Breakfast: IP maple oatmeal pancake, black coffee

    Lunch: Romaine salad, 1C mixed veggies (peppers, onion, cukes), WF caesar; Balanced Protein chicken noodle soup

    Snack: 1/2 C kale chips (equivalent to 1C raw)

    Dinner: Grilled chicken salad with romaine, 1 C zukes and 1C mushrooms, WF ranch

    Snack: IP Blueberry Cran-Granata drink
  • Phase 1, Week 11, Day 2:

    Breakfast - Spinach Smoothie

    Lunch - BIG salad, RTD drink

    Snack - IP Choc Chip Cookie

    Supper - Zucchini Lasagne, 8 oz lean burger
  • Breakfast:vanilla pudding with coffee shake

    Lunch: sauteed zucchini noodles, red peppers, leeks with roasted red pepper puree and fettuccine (miracle noodles)

    Snack: 1/2 dill pickle zippers, 1/2 cookies and cream bar

    Dinner: romaine salad with red peppers, hot peppers, celery, red onion and vinaigrette, grilled chicken breast

    Snack: blueberry cran-granata shake

    Breakfast: vanilla shake with coffee

    Snack: egg & egg white omelette with mushrooms

    Lunch: pina colada shake

    Dinner: stuffed bell pepper with ground beef and roasted veggies...served with 2 c. spring salad...1000 dressing, wf

    Snack: vanilla "rootbeer" shake

    B= iced coffee two splenda with a IP choc pudding added
    L= IP cream chicken soup with 1 cup mushrooms and 1 cup green pepper added that was sautéed in olive oil
    S= IP choc Drink
    D= big mac in a bowl made with ground turkey and a small salad
  • Phase 1, week 22

    B - coffee with EAS vanilla drink, 2 egg whites
    L - shredded broccoli with EVOO, salt, EAS strawberry drink
    D - bed of spinach with beef stew made IP style
    S - EAS chocolate drink
  • B - IP omelette
    L - IP Chili with sautéed zucchini and an orange IP drink...wow was good
    D - may try big Mac in a bowl

  • Breakfast: Jay Robb Iced Mocha Frappuccino
    Lunch: Proti-Diet Chicken Noodle Soup with 1 Cup Broccoli
    Supper: 6 oz Ham and Deep-Dish Rutabaga Fennel Gratin (oh heaven)
    Snack: 1 Cup Kale Chips, Dr Kraker Snackers (alternative)
