    I just got back from SRD today. Had a very exciting 4 days...some fun at SRD...some scarey moments when one of our group got sick and two of us went to the hosp. with her in ambulance...a blow out on the way down...oh well it was a very good SRD, everyone got back home safe, so I guess that's what counts.

    Didn't do too bad eating while I was gone. Down 1# by my scales when I got in today.

    Will start posting menu's tomorrow.

    Glad you got back safe I am ready to join the menu thread again So here goes......


    Breakfast- 1 sf yogurt and 1 wholegrain eggo with all fruit spread

    snack- balance bar

    lunch- 1/2 a chicken quesidilla

    snack-

    supper- chicken breast, peas, 1/8 cup fried potatoes and some sf jello with oranges

    Well here is todays plan......

    Breakfast- 1 slice ww toast and 1 tsp butter, with 1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese

    snack- balance bar

    lunch- 3 oz white meat turkey and 1/2 can green beans

    snack- grapes

    supper- 1 cup spagetti WW and 1 sourdough roll
    will add benifiber to the spagetti

    snack- strawberries or nothing it depends on how I feel after church maybe a yogurt

    As you can see I didn't get back on Monday!!! Everything is falling apart around here!!!

    Breakfast: Coffee, 2 egg beaters, 1 toast (45 calories) strawberry jam sf.

    Lunch: Green tea, sandwich - 2 slices bread 90, mayo 25, chicken 100, lettuce, tomato,onion 25.

    Snack: balance bar 210

    Dinner: Chopped Sirlon burger 200, 1 slice bread 60, gravy 50, salad/dressing 60, jello.

    Back on track! Have you tried Baco Burgers? They are pretty good!

    Breakfast: oatmeal 150, soy milk 100, strawberries 60, coffee.

    Lunch: Tuna salad with crackers 210, pear 60, green tea.

    Dinner: chicken cordon bleu 210, baked potato 70, marg. 45, salad w/dressing 60.

    Snack: depends on what I feel like...something low fat/sugar free.
