Wow - almost noon in MI and no one has started this thread for the day!
Breakfast, 8 a.m. - Proti-Diet Oatmeal made into pancakes with 2/3 c grated zucchini, 1 egg white, 1/4 tsp b. powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, & vanilla.
Snack, 11 a.m. - mixed dark choc pudding mix with orange drink mix, dash of vanilla, and about 15 (?) oz water. Had half of this now, half later today.
Lunch, 1:00 - Big salad w/evoo & vinegar & salt, and bag of Proti-Diet Honey Nut cereal (dry),
Snack, 3 - 3:30 - Other half of drink (above)
Supper, 7 - 8 - Ham & bok choy salad
(I'm having surgery on Wed and have to have 4 packets each day now until then.)

I really hope it doesn't affect my WI this week!
