Ooo! Thread!
I only lost 4lbs last month, but thats better than no lbs!!
Starting weight, current weight, happy with weight and then goal weight.. Here we go!
SW: water weighted up to 179 (thanks, neck piercing.

HW: 175 (by 8/20 and then maybe 173 by 9/1, LOL RIGHT.

As long as I can get to my 175 by the time I go on vacation on 8/25, I'll be a happy camper. That was my first 'long term goal' before I got almost there and realized that, lol, I could drop another 15lbs... SO, lower I go..
WE HAVE 31 days to CHANGE!! Keep going!!!
