Was hoping for 12 but what's a girl to do when she's doing everything right and the scale won't budge. Keeping my fingers crossed that next month goes a little more smooth. On the bright side I'm over 20% done with my deployment goal.

Well I did lose 11 but than I gain 2 back. So yeah technically I lost only 9. Oh well, another month another chance.

I would say that you made goal because you did lose 11 lbs. Congrats on losing!

I didn't make goal. I only lost 8 lbs but I"ll take that. I will try next month for another 10.

Last day of August. Came a bit closer to my 12 lb goal this morning Congrats everyone!! A loss is a loss no matter how big or small. Keep going!

Well, I only lost 5lbs, and right now am going through a water-weight gain, so I can say I did not meet goal this month. Next month hopefully we'll do better!

I lost 3.6 pounds for the month. I'd be disappointed, but I didn't try this month, at all. September will be better!
