  • My first post Very new to IP and on holiday/visiting = a real challenge to eat on program.

Lunch: whipped up cauliflower to see if it does taste like mashed potatoes --- not bad at all. Put the rest in my IP soup for extra thick Leek Soup.

Dinner: Made stuffed mushrooms today with the chicken patty mix and a very small amount of a spiced lean(er) sausage. I'm sure it was too much fat, but since it was 90percent IP "meat" I felt like I was having a real treat!
