As you all can probably tell, I am a total Atkins newbie! What do you guys pack in your lunch for work? I feel like all I can pack in advance is lunch meat and cheese slices, oh and chef's salads. Any other ideas?

For emergencies I keep a couple of Atkins shakes at my desk. I like to grill marinated shrimp or chicken kabobs for dinner, make extras, and then bring the leftovers for lunch.
