    Breakfast, 7am:
    Shake made into a smoothie

    Lunch, 12:30/1:
    Salad with 2 C veg and Chicken

    Dinner, 5:
    Chicken fajitas with lettuce wraps

    Snack, 8:
    Shake Smoothie
  • Phase 1, Week 8 Day 2

    Breakfast:
    Crispy cereal pancakes with WF pancake syrup
    Coffee with splenda and a little WF caramel syrup

    Lunch:
    Chicken a la king
    2 c leftover sauteed cabbage from last night

    Dinner:
    Leftover jalapeno burger from last night while I make spaghetti for the rest of the family
    2 c leftover cabbage

    Snack:
    Cappuccino drink
  • Breakfast: IP Cereal
    Lunch: Salad with 2 cups veggies AND IP potato puree
    Dinner: Shrimp Stir fry with 1 cup veggies and 1 cup miracle noodles
    Snack: Chocolate Soy Puffs
  • Breakfast: LOL - was going to have an EAS Chocolate RTD, but left home without it, so had the emergency stash of BBQ Soy Nuts instead Glad I took usmcvet's advice a few weeks ago on keeping something (that won't melt) in the car for emergencies.

    Lunch: IP Chicken A La King and a big salad

    Supper: Turkey stir-fry with veggies, Kikkomen's soy sauce, & evoo

    Snack: Raspberry jelly w/1 c shredded cabbage
  • Breakfast: IP Milk Chocolate Pudding w/ WF chocolate syrup (still unsure about this one)

    Lunch: IP Broccoli and cheese soup, salad w/1 cup broccoli w/ WF dressing

    Snack: IP Pina Colada drink

    Life's a beach! Relaxing at the cottage after a morning chasing my son across the sand. Brought all my veggies, IPs, and vitamins for the long weekend...not as organized as Rainbow...but I got this!

    Had an extra packet today because I worked out.
