Well today is a busy one for me again, off to work, donate a pint of blood, #57, then TOPS tonight. Gee what a maricle it would be to loose a pound. I would if I deserved it. But you can't eat like I do and loose, I am a LC wantabe

Did I tell you that I am now drinking my coffee 40/20 or 4/2 or 2/1. in my pot I put four scoops decaff to two scoops reg. Not bad.

As usual, the greenhouse was great yesterday. It's so nice to see flowers. BUY it snowed! It was also a freezing cold day again. I spent the afternoon just dabbling and still have a ton of stuff to do before we leave today mid-afternoon. Oh well, it either gets done or it doesn't get done! We drop the doggage off at Morna's mid afternoon, check into a hotel near the airport and go to Outback for dinner. I WILL RESIST THE BLOOMING ONION! Very early plane departure is on Thursday morning.

So Chickies, I won't be around for a few days - back the 11th - so be good. Remember that I can (and will) check in from LindaBC's and MEW's computers. I may not post but I will take notes.

Good Moring everyone

I am off to take M to her preschool program and today is the big day that the dog goes to my Grandma's house to get her spaying done for tomorrow morning. Miree is going too and is spending some quality time with her Grandma. I will be getting the house ready for when my Mom, her boyfriend and her dogs come to my house this weekend.

I am doing better eating wise, just a few cookies to keep the blood sugar up at the meeting last night. Other than that, I have been doing reasonable well and am hoping the whoosh fairy comes after TOM and gives me a big present!

Dyan, so glad to hear about your friend's daughter. What a huge relief to know she is safe and sound!

Well, not much going on yet at my house-just getting ready to take my sister to get an EGD. Yes, the same sister I really don't talk to, but hey-I'm always here to take someone for a fun medical procedure!!

I had like 4 real tacos last night for supper--boy I hope this hypnosis works tonight--I need hypnotized to repel food! I just wanna eat-eat-eat!!
Dyan-May the 16th-the psychic lady is coming to my house!! WHoo-WHoo_-can you make it?

Well, last night hubby asked me if I wanted to go out for supper, and of course I said yes, and it was my pick where to go. I picked this place called "Fat Bobs" so you can imagine what its like. Anyway, I had the slowcooked brisket ...(hubby just came in and smeared shaving cream all over my face...god I love that man!!) anyway, brisket, these spicey collard greens...dont forget Im from way far northern ontario canada, where we dont eat collards fixed like this....I was in heaven...then onion rings and of course corn bread that tasted like it was cake!! So, thats what I had DELICIOUS !!

I will go for my walk today, my TOM has arrived, and I suspect thats why I have been eating the way I have. Hopefully Ive got a 2-3 week reprieve from the hormone cravings!!

Good Morning! Yes, I realize that it's 4:57pm, but I just woke up from my second nap of the day. Allergies are killing me, so I called in sick.

Mis - I won't be in WV til May 31st. Darn it. Have you ever heard of Laser Therapy? One of the women at work is doing it. Last week she went to this Dr. who uses lasers in a way sort of like acupuncture, and she's completely lost her appitite and is craving water. She's lost 10 pounds so far. A friend of hers used it to stop smoking. I'm trying to get more info about it, but it sounds interesting.

Ruth - Stay away from the onion. Go for the Alice Springs Chicken instead. YUMMY!

Okay - I've been awake now for 30 minutes, it's time to go back to bed. (love this allergy medicine, you can't over eat if you're sleeping all day.)

Today was a good day. Yesterday was bad. I got strep and got really sick!!!!! I thought I was going to die. Anyway today was a great OP day. I didn't do much today. Just slept and then cleaned.

I know it's short, but I have to get to bed. Still not up to par!
