I'm trying those muffins myself today!
  • Breakfast 7:15: Spinach shake, 1 c spinach, 1 T WF caramel sauce, Choc. drink mix, dash of almond extract, 12+ oz water

Lunch, noonish: IP Chicken A La King, 1 c spinach salad w/onions, mushrooms, & 1 wedge tomato

Snack, 4 pm: IP Drink, Blueberry, Cran-granata

    Supper 7 - 8 pm: 8 oz turkey, 2 c veggies to include a couple cauliflower 'breadsticks'

to Coloheather: try to get in 8 oz of lean meat each evening rather than 6 if you can. IP protocol calls for 8 now. I know sometimes it's hard to eat that much with 2 c of veggies too, but it is important. Good luck!

Just a way to get your veggies in, if you have a problem with that.
