Changes that I can see.....

  • We don't have to get to our goal weight in order to reap positive changes in our lives as a result of weight loss. Looking for the rewards of weight loss as we go can really encourage us on our journeys, so I thought that I would start a thread where we list our positive changes.

    I will start. Since I have started losing weight, some ways my life has gotten easier include:

    - The walk from the parking garage to my office is so much easier.
    - It is easier to shave my legs.
    - I can sit on the floor and play with my grandchildren!

    What changes can you see in your life?
  • Some changes I have seen include:

    *being able to walk up a flight of stairs and not being breathless at the top
    *going to the movies and having some room in the seat
    *shaving legs is faster and easier

  • Great idea.

    My changes are that my jeans fit better and some of my shirts aren't as tight.

    I wear other shirts besides t-shirts (tanks, dressier shirts).

    My feet do not seem to be hurting as much.

    -I wear shorts now. (thank god because it's over 100)
    -had extra room in an airplane seat and the tray went the entire way down
    -Can walk around the regular size section and not feel out of place
