We don't have to get to our goal weight in order to reap positive changes in our lives as a result of weight loss. Looking for the rewards of weight loss as we go can really encourage us on our journeys, so I thought that I would start a thread where we list our positive changes.
I will start. Since I have started losing weight, some ways my life has gotten easier include:
- The walk from the parking garage to my office is so much easier.
- It is easier to shave my legs.
- I can sit on the floor and play with my grandchildren!
