    Dinner@5pm: Out with the in-laws
    Hitting up the new Mexican restaurant Urban Rio in downtown Plano tonight!
    Grilled chicken breast and veggie skewers

    Snack@8pm: Fruit Milkshake
    IP Wildberry Yogurt
    Frozen Rhubarb
    WF Apricot Spread

    B: IP Cappuccino Drink mixed w/ 1 cup Strong coffee

    L: IP Peanut Crunch Bar (visiting uncle in hospital)
    Big salad w/ EVOO, lemon, garlic, vinegar, S&P dressing when I get home

    D: 8 ounces ground lean Jenni-o turkey w/ 1 cup green cabbage, 1/2 cup mushrooms, & 1/2 hot banana peppers.

    S: One of the following, not sure yet ~ Vanilla w/ cinnamon drink mix, chocolate drink mix, or dark chocolate pudding.....

    for lunch the chicken noodle soup, sliced peppers and cucumbers dipped in the WF blue cheese dip,
    dinner either chicken or cooked ground beef over spinich and WF bacon ranch dressing

    Lunch: Salad with mashed cauliflower, EVOO, Amino Acids, Salt and Ms. Dash seasonings

    Snack: Bar

    Dinner: Shrimp with Mushrooms and Bell Pepper

    Snack: Chocolate smoothie (made with a chocolate shake and chocolate pudding- splitting with my hubby)

    Plus lots of water and mio and maybe a diet coke (I know, I know!)
