No, seriously! I'm on MFP right now (and I posted this here cause I didn't really know where else to put it), and I'm trying to find a pb&j that matches the caloric value of my own pb&j so I don't have to manually put it in (hello, laziness!). Well, good lord, every pb&j on there is AT LEAST 350 calories! And I'm like, "What the heck are they putting on this sandwich?"
Of course, I do realize that most people don't make their pb&j like I do - I only use one tablespoon of peanut butter, one tablespoon of jelly (and the jelly we have is only 30cal), and my bread is only 100 calories per 2 slices, so my sandwich only comes out to about 230cal. 300-350, I can see if you use a full serving of everything and the products your using are a little bit higher in calories. But what about these people that have sandwiches on there at 400+cal? Are they putting half the jar of peanut butter on there? Seems kind of ridiculous to me, lol.
